Use the size guide shown on the relevant product page and review the garment’s individual fit notes before ordering. If you are between sizes or need help, please contact us before placing your order.

Processing and delivery estimates are explained on our Shipping & Delivery page. Timing may vary by destination, courier conditions and the nature of a limited release. Any estimate is not a guaranteed delivery date unless we expressly state otherwise.

When tracking is available, the tracking details will be sent using the contact information supplied with your order. If you have not received an expected update, please check your spam folder and then contact us with your order number.

Contact us as soon as possible. We cannot guarantee a change or cancellation after an order has entered processing or been handed to the courier. Any rights you have under applicable South African law remain unaffected.

Return eligibility depends on the reason for the return and the condition of the garment. Read the full Returns & Refunds policy before sending anything back. Do not return an item without first requesting return instructions.

Always follow the care label attached to the garment. Unless a product states otherwise, wash with similar colours, avoid bleach and harsh chemicals, and use low heat or dry in the shade to help preserve colour, print and shape.

Some releases may be produced in limited quantities or for a limited period. A product is not reserved until checkout is completed and the order is accepted. Restocks are not guaranteed.
